Car rental conditions in Georgia

In our service, you can rent a car in Georgia either with a personal driver or for self-driving.
Please note that driving regulations in Georgia have their own specifics, and there are certain requirements for drivers.
If you have limited driving experience, we recommend opting for a rental with a driver.

Driver Requirements:

Age: 21 and older. For sports cars and convertibles, 23 and older.
A minimum of 3 years of driving experience.

Documents Required to Rent a Car in Georgia:

Passport
Driver’s license

Mileage Limits:

Most cars come with a 300 km/day mileage limit.
For sports cars and convertibles, the daily limit is 200 km.
Exceeding the mileage limit incurs additional fees. We recommend confirming all details when arranging your rental.

Area of Use:

The car may only be used within the territory of Georgia.

Deposit and Insurance:

You can choose cars with or without a deposit. Mid-range vehicles may be rented without a deposit by arranging extended insurance.
Premium and sports cars require a deposit ranging from $500 to $4,000.
All cars are insured (CASCO and third-party liability). Basic CASCO has a 4% deductible and does not cover damage to windows, tires, or the interior. Extended CASCO with no deductible is available at an additional cost.
In the event of an accident, you must call the police. Adhering to traffic regulations is essential for a successful rental. In cases of serious violations, the contract may be terminated. Responsible vehicle use will ensure you enjoy quality service and attractive offers for returning customers.

No Smoking in Vehicles:

If traces of smoking or a tobacco odor are discovered in the car, the deposit will not be refunded.

Traffic Violations:

First offense: verbal warning.

Second offense results in a portion of the deposit being withheld:
Speeding by 50 km/h – $100 fine
Speeding by 70 km/h – $200 fine
Speeding by 90 km/h – $300 fine
Speeding by 110 km/h – $500 fine
Speeding by 120 km/h – $1,000 fine
Speeding by 150 km/h – $2,000 fine

A third offense leads to unilateral termination of the contract.

No Drifting Allowed:

Violating this rule results in immediate contract termination without a deposit refund.
